Payment options
Revomax accepts online payments with the following credit cards Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay & Mobilepay Online.
Payment will only be deducted from your account once the physical item has been dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
Reservation of amount
When using a debit or credit card, a reservation is made for the amount being purchased. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and dispatched your order. Once the order has been dispatched, the money is debited from the account. The reservation time depends on the product/service.
Authorisation on debit cards
For debit cards, you will see that the money is reserved on your account and that your available amount will be shown as less, if you or the webshop subsequently cancels your order, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reservation will remain valid for a period of time. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) will be able to cancel the reservation.
Authorisation on credit cards
The money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and collects payment for your order
All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

JARVIS A/S' Revomax.dk website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is usually 3-5 days from when we receive your order.
JARVIS A/S - Revomax.dk dispatches goods with the following:
- GLS - Parcel Shop and Home Delivery.
- DAO - Parcel shop and home delivery.
Shipping is 39 kr to the parcel shop and 49 kr for home delivery. However, for orders over 499 kr, shipping will be free.
You will be able to choose between having the parcel sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".
You will always receive a Track and Trace number so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your home.
Right of cancellation
There is a 14-day return policy on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs are at your own expense.
You must notify us of your wish to cancel no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
Requests to use the right of cancellation must be sent by email charlotte@revomax.dk. The notice shall clearly state your wish to exercise the right of cancellation.
Condition of the item upon return
When returning items purchased in our webshop, please ensure that the items are in new condition and that the packaging is intact in order to receive a full refund. We accept returns on items that have not been used or utilised and are still in their original packaging.
The goods must be in the same condition as when they were received to ensure a smooth handling of your return. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in this process to ensure we can provide the best possible service to our customers.
If the item has been tried on or used, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that in case of cancellation of the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to JARVIS A/S to assess the condition of the item.
Right of complaint
Products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to all defects in material and workmanship.
Complaints regarding defects must be notified to JARVIS A/S - Revomax.dk within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, a maximum of 30 days is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The claim is cancelled in the event of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
JARVIS A/S - Revomax.dk covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints are not accepted if they are sent cash on delivery.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer directory. You can have your data deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with JARVIS A/S, we need the following information:

- Phone number
- E-mail address
We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you.
The personal data is registered with JARVIS A/S and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is being collected and why.

Complaint options
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the complaint portal for Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be found, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
As a rule, it is a prerequisite for a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about has cost a minimum of DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. The amount limits are subject to change. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
